  • Return Window – You can return your order within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Items – Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Refund & Exchange Options – Eligible returns can be refunded to your original payment method or exchanged for store credit to shop again.

  • Processing Time – Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Non-Returnable Items – Please note that sale/discounted items, customized products, and accessories cannot be returned.
